However, minor cosmetic flaws to the packaging can occasionally occur during manufacturing or shipping. Since the box’s primary purpose is to protect the sealed product inside (such as booster packs), we do not offer returns or exchanges for minor packaging imperfections. If you are highly particular about box condition, we kindly ask that you consider this before purchasing.

We take pride in offering authentic, high-quality sealed TCG products. Due to the collectible nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Returns will only be accepted if the actual product inside—such as booster packs or cards—is damaged. To process a return in these cases, you must provide clear video evidence of the unboxing to verify the damage. If your order arrives with damaged contents or there’s an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email with photos and details. We’ll review the situation and work with you to resolve the issue.
